  DEPOSIT - A deposit of $200 or more per vehicle is required. In order to provide the widest variety and highest quality of unique and classic vehicles, Classic-Chassis may contract with and utilize various independent owner-operators. As a result of this effort, deposit requirements and amenities may vary.

Trolleys, minibuses and charter buses require payment in full two weeks prior to service and an additional deposit against overtime and cleaning may be required. For our other vehicles, you may pay the balance up to 10 days in advance by personal check. If you wish to pay on the day of service, we require cash, cashier's check or money order.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT ANY TIME.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON THE DAY OF SERVICE.

It must be recognized that the classic ROLLS ROYCE, BENTLEY AND CLASSIC AMERICAN motorcars are both unique AND antique vehicles. Because of this, CLASSIC-CHASSIS reserves the right to either substitute an appropriate vehicle(s) due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or other event(s) that may prohibit us from provision of that vehicle(s). In the case of client cancellation, the DEPOSIT is non-refundable.

While every effort will be made to locate and return articles that are left behind, neither Classic-Chassis nor it's representatives are responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

  All rates are quoted on a three (3) hour minimum. Charters include provision of driver, vehicle, complimentary champagne or non-alcoholic beverage and decorations. FRESH FLOWERS are in all CLASSIC CHASSIS ROLLS ROYCE and BENTLEY motorcars except convertibles.

Classic car and Limousine drivers are attired in tuxedo, uniform or suit. Rates listed do not include location charges. A 20% minimum gratuity is mandatory and shall be added on to all charges. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the vehicle of your choice.

Deposits or payment in full may be made by personal check up to 14 days prior to an event.

PAYMENT IN FULL BY CASH OR MONEY ORDER IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

An Explanation of Rates, Overtime and Gratuity
Rates quoted are based on the amount of time that a vehicle is chartered (minimum of 3 hours), the distance to the service area from our office (fuel charge) and the vehicle and date requested. OVERTIME rates are based on vehicle type and are assessed on either an hourly or 1/2 hourly basis. Our company policy is to assess overtime once 25% of a time increment has been incurred.

For Example
If a Rolls Royce has been reserved for 3 hours locally for $600.00 plus gratuity and either 1/2 hour or 1 hour overtime is required at $100.00 1/2 hr or $200.00/hr respectively, the rates would be as follows:
