What is included in my Classic Car transportation package?
The drivers of our classic cars come attired in tuxedo or dark suit. We have fresh roses in crystal bud vases within the vehicle, and we provide a curbside champagne toast in sterling silver. In addition, we offer chilled bottled water.

We provide simple yet elegant wedding decorations. Our British cars include the traditional British wedding decoration consisting of a white satin ribbon wrapped around the Flying Lady hood ornament and stretched to each side of the windshield to form a flying "V" (example on British cars link). In addition, a simple see-through "Just Married" sign is posted in the rear window.

What is included in my Limousine package?
Your chauffeur will arrive professionally attired. Your package includes a fully stocked bar, including beer, champagne, soda and water. We offer the red carpet treatment and champagne toast.

When specified in advance, we provide decorations matching the bridal party colors inside and outside of the vehicle, with a "Just Married" sign (if matching colors not available, black and white will be substituted).

When do my three (3) hours begin?
Your three (3) hours of service begin at the time you request the vehicle to arrive at your requested location. Our fuel surcharge (see below) covers travel time.

What is a fuel surcharge and why is it necessary?
Classic Chassis services the greater Chicagoland area, including some parts of Indiana and Wisconsin. We network with other providers throughout the Chicago area to provide a wide array of vehicles, and travel time can be as much as two hours. In order to cover gas, mileage put on the classic cars and travel time, we have a fuel surcharge that is based on the distance from where the car is garaged to the furthest location to be traveled to.

Can the photographer ride with us?
Yes, the photographer can ride in the front seat. Because of space limitations, we reserve the right to limit equipment to be transported.

Can we view the car in person before we reserve?
Yes, you may view our car/s by appointment only.

My wedding is during the winter; what about snow?
If we feel the weather is causing unsafe conditions to take the classic car out, we will provide a limousine/s at our published rate and refund you the difference.

Do your vehicles have air conditioning?
Most of our vehicles have air-conditioning, and it will be noted in the description. Please keep in mind, if you are reserving an antique vehicle, that these are not modern limousines and can not be pre-cooled. In addition, if the antique vehicle is stopped in traffic for a long period of time, the air-conditioning may have to be turned off to prevent the engine from overheating. This will be the situation no matter what company you are renting from; it is just the nature of the vehicles. The Trolleys have two air-conditioning units, but because of the large area to be cooled, can not keep up with the cooling in unseasonably hot weather.

If your main concern is keeping cool, we suggest you reserve a modern limousine, limo bus or coach.
